The Positivity And Relaxation Training (PART) program was developed at the Benson-Henry Mind Body Institute at Mass General Hospital to teach participants self-care techniques to promote health, happiness and general wellbeing.
In this program you will learn a wide variety of self-care & self-awareness techniques, in addition to mind-body practices to minimize stress.
Mindfulness techniques that elicit the Relaxation Response
How to change thought patterns and your overall emotional outlook, to foster adaptive and positive perspectives
Techniques to improve sleep, eating, and physical activity
Methods to harness creativity, humor, and appreciation
